Abstract
This is the study of Problems Encountered by Selected Senior High School students from Selected Schools in Mandaue City regarding their school environment. A Guide for incoming Grade 11 students in coping with their new environment.
The participants of this study are the 20 interviewed Grade 11 students from Benedicto College - Banilad, University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu Mandaue, Mandaue City Comprehensive National High School, and Mandaue Christian School. All the students were able to answer the questionnaires being handed out by the researchers.
The researchers used the descriptive method in studying the Problems encountered by Senior High School Students. The study seeks to answer the questions made by the researchers: How often does the student save, get their allowance, and spend their money for school expenses; How often they come to school late, have difficulty with their studies and how often their teachers provide homeworks; How often they socialize, make new friends and meet old ones.
