Abstract
The general purpose of this research was to identify the performance in Mathematics of the Grade 8 students of St. Joseph's Academy, Mandaue City. Using the random sampling method, the data were analyzed and further analyzed and substantiated with surveys containing questions related to: attitude towards mathematics, study habits, and personal condition during tests; including grades of the grade 8 students in mathematics by the researchers who are accountable for the conduct of the study.
